You worked your butt off. You tried your best. You did everything you could. And what do you have to show for? Crickets!

You put so much heart and soul into your project/art/company/cause. Yet the only ones applauding were your mother and the homeless guy you paid three cans of beer to come. It’s heartbreaking. I get it.

And now…now what?

“Urrh, I hate this!” You said. Everyone told you hard work would pay off. It’s all a lie to sell more red bulls! You concluded.

And why? Why is the Universe so unfair? Why were you even born?!

If that sounds like you, then you’ve got to watch this video. In there I respond to an email from a reader who’ve worked 10 years on his creative career without it “taking off”, and who is feeling unmotivated and frustrated.
