When you want to motivate yourself to change something in you, how do you usually go about doing that? In this episode I want to show you that most of us have 1-2 go-to methods we typically resort to for motivating internal changes, no matter what kind of changes we want to make happen. This is not because these methods work so well, but because they are the only approaches we know, as they’ve been modeled for us very early on in life.
