Do you have days when all you want to do is to shut the door, close the blinds and curl under a blanket? Me too. On the days when nothings feels right and you feel sad/mad/unmotivated/full of doubts, it’s the natural tendency of the mind to fill in the blanks, conjuring up stories about a thousand things that are going wrong in your life.
It may be easy to believe that those stories are the reason why you’re feeling crappy. But in most cases, the ever-shifting narratives we tell ourselves are a reflection of your state of being, rather than the cause.
In this episode of the School of Intuition, I talk about several reasons why these shitty days happen for “apparently no reason”, and what you can do about it.
